Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) About Bee The Solution Bee The Solution is a growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) provider serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities across Colorado's Front Range. Our mission is to create meaningful, lasting change through evidence-based therapy while supporting families every step of the way. Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings , implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about behavior analysis, psychology, or working in a therapeutic setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community environments Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) created by a BCBA Support skill acquisition (communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills) and behavior reduction goals Collect accurate session data and maintain detailed documentation Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to support progress Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency of care Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings Maintain professionalism and follow BACB ethical guidelines Qualifications Active RBT certification (preferred) Bachelors Degree Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Schedule & Benefits Part-time hours with flexible scheduling Competitive hourly pay Ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment with growth potential Why Join Bee The Solution?
