Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and lead impactful behavioral health services for children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Lead RBT, you will serve as a key team member responsible for implementing evidence-based interventions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Your role will focus on fostering positive behavior change through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting clients in developing essential skills, and assisting with daily living activities in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, toileting, and other self-care routines Collaborate with behavior analysts, educators, and families to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Support clients during therapy sessions by applying behavioral management techniques and fostering a positive learning environment Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Excellent teaching skills with the ability to adapt strategies to diverse learning styles Proficiency in data collection methods and maintaining detailed medical records Familiarity with medical terminology, care plans, and documentation requirements in behavioral health settings Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating patience and empathy Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of medical records Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can thrive! $21.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
