Category Schools - BCBA Job Type All Job Types Step into a dynamic and supportive educational environment where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is highly valued. This opportunity invites you to collaborate with dedicated educators and specialists to deliver impactful behavioral health services within local schools. Your work will directly support students, families, and faculty in achieving lasting positive outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Proven experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing effective behavior intervention plans Familiarity with school settings and IEP processes is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and parents Ability to provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral interventions
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and interpret data to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor strategies that best meet student needs Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students in educational settings Train teachers, aides, and other school staff in applying behavioral techniques and interventions Consult regularly with families to ensure consistency in interventions across home and school environments Maintain thorough documentation and prepare progress reports
