Active RBT Certification School-based experience is preferred High School Diploma Are you ready for a new and rewarding career opportunity? Soliant is currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. This is a contracted position for the 2025-2026 school year, with the potential for a full-year renewal. If you have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism and enjoy working in an educational setting, we want to hear from you! :
Caseload:
Elementary Full-time:
32 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement behavior plans effectively Receive supervision from the District Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors, responses to treatment, and progress towards goals. Assist in conducting behavior assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become registered before the start of the position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children with autism is preferred Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic educational environment
