If you are a driven and experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), your expertise can truly impact students, educators, and families as part of a collaborative school-based team. What we're looking for: Active BCBA certification with an understanding of school-based best practices Proven skill in developing, implementing, and overseeing effective behavior intervention plans Experience conducting comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, ABC data collection) Strong communication and consultation skills when working with staff, students, and families Organizational ability to manage multiple student cases and maintain clear documentation Motivated self-starter with a passion for championing student growth and positive outcomes What you'll do: Conduct behavioral assessments, develop and update intervention strategies Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families to guide and implement plans Oversee the work of support staff (e.g., RBTs, paraprofessionals) and provide relevant training Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input regarding behavioral goals and supports Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines This role offers the unique chance to positively influence students' day-to-day experiences and longer-term educational journeys.
