Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time A Brighter Way, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position provides a combination of center-based and in-home ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Our mission is to help children soar by providing individualized, evidence-based services that focus on meaningful progress and family collaboration. We are looking for a BCBA who values clinical quality, teamwork, and building strong relationships with clients and families. Position Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and RBTs. Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations. Conduct parent and caregiver training. Collaborate with schools, outside providers, and treatment team members as appropriate. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Connecticut LBA or ability to obtain licensure. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Reliable transportation for community and home-based visits.
