ABA, LLC
is seeking full or part time BCBAs to join our rapidly growing ABA team. We provide ABA services to families across CT and have caseload available in all regions! For newly certified BCBAs or BCBAs living in MA but on the CT border the agency offers credentialing and licensing services and assistance. Our team's dedication to providing impeccable ABA Services when helping children and adolescence with Autism and Developmental Disabilities thrive, in the comfort of their own home. We provide the highest form of service, utilizing our knowledge and care while we teach communication and socializing, work and play while gaining independence. Our individualized treatment is perfected to each individual and family while we provide the tools to continue the learned support when we are not in the home. New Horizon strives to provide excellence for each individual and their families.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. (Vineland, etc)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on assessment results.
  • Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to clients, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay up to date with current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in CT
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret assessment results.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
