Classroom Assistant

This full-time, contract opportunity offers you the chance to provide meaningful assistance to students on the Autism Spectrum and those experiencing behavioral challenges. Your role will focus on both individualized (1:1) support and classroom assistance, helping students achieve their goals throughout the academic day. Hours are 8am to 3pm, totaling 31 hours/week, providing the benefits of steady, predictable scheduling.

Key Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of direct experience in behavioral or special education support Experience as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly valued Background in working with students on the Autism Spectrum and those with behavioral challenges Ability to provide patient, compassionate support to help students succeed in academic and social settings Strong collaboration skills to work with instructional teams and related service providers

Primary Responsibilities:
