In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and supervision of individualized treatment plans delivered in home and community settings. You will work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, meaningful progress through evidence-based behavioral interventions. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact in early childhood development while working within a supportive, collaborative team focused on family-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Design, implement, and continuously update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ongoing data analysis and clinical progress. Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering in-home ABA services. Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and ensure measurable progress. Collaborate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other service providers to promote skill generalization across home and community environments. Provide parent training and coaching on behavior strategies, skill acquisition, and behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical collaboration to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications / Experience
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing. Experience working with children ages 2-10 with developmental disabilities, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, assessment tools, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience conducting functional assessments, developing treatment plans, and analyzing behavioral data. Experience supervising and training RBTs or behavior technicians in home-based or community settings. Strong communication skills with a focus on family collaboration and caregiver coaching. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, clinical documentation standards, and electronic medical records systems. Prior in-home ABA or early intervention experience strongly preferred.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
