Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Discover an opportunity to genuinely impact students' lives this summer! A skilled and certified professional is needed to provide behavioral support to school-aged children in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position is ideal for someone ready to step into an active role, with a set summer schedule, supporting Pre K through 8th grade students. In this role, you'll deliver behavior analysis services during the Extended School Year (ESY) program, running from July 7th to July 30th. Workdays are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-12:30pm—enjoy long weekends to recharge during the summer. You'll collaborate with educational staff and families to create productive, positive outcomes for students and ensure a supportive environment for all.
Ideal qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential is required Previous experience within a school setting, working with a diverse student population Thorough knowledge of behavior intervention planning and data collection processes Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other educators and service providers Commitment to student-centered support and continuous improvement Key responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for Pre K-8th grade students Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust supports as needed Train and consult with school staff on behavior strategies Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to the educational team and families Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment This position offers a meaningful way to expand your experience, with the potential for contract renewal.
