Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary school caseload through the end of the academic year. This contract opportunity runs now through June 18th, offering the chance to contribute your expertise in behavioral analysis and intervention with young learners. As a BCBA, you will be instrumental in assessing student needs, designing effective behavior intervention plans, and collaborating closely with educators, staff, and families to foster positive behavioral and academic outcomes. Your knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will be key to driving meaningful progress for students at the elementary level.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current Board Certification as a BCBA Experience working in school settings, particularly at the elementary level Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive behavior support plans Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating staff training
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective strategies Provide direct support and coaching to school staff on behavioral interventions Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations This opportunity includes sick leave as part of the contract, ensuring your well-being is prioritized as you make a positive difference for students.
