Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a school setting, supporting elementary-aged students through the end of the school year (now through June 18th). You'll play a vital role in shaping positive behavior interventions and collaborating closely with staff, students, and families to ensure the best outcomes for your caseload.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Prior experience working with school-aged children, particularly in elementary settings Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, administrators, and families Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans Familiarity with current best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Responsibilities:
Assess students' individual needs and create behavior intervention plans tailored to each learner Provide ongoing support and coaching to teachers and support staff in implementing strategies Collect and interpret behavioral data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain detailed documentation and keep families informed regarding student progress Foster a positive and inclusive environment conducive to student growth
