As you rotate between elementary and middle school levels (grades K-8), you'll serve a diverse student group and work alongside a robust team: two School Social Workers, multiple Behavior and Registered Behavior Technicians, and dedicated Special Education Teachers. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working in K-8 educational settings preferred Strong collaboration and consultation skills Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Excellent communication and leadership for staff training
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate across two neighboring schools (K-5 and 6-8th grades) Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students (5-6 per classroom) Provide ongoing training for BTs and RBTs Conduct FBAs and deliver behavioral consultations Work as a resource for staff—no direct 1:1 student sessions required
