Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type All Job Types Support students and staff by providing vital behavioral health expertise as a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to make a meaningful difference in educational settings, implementing positive behavior support strategies that help students reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings Strong assessment, data collection, and analytic skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to develop, monitor, and revise behavior intervention plans Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments for students Design and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans Work directly with students, modeling effective strategies Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in implementation Consult on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral goals Collect data to track progress and adjust supports as needed Collaborate with school teams to create supportive, positive environments This opportunity is located in a vibrant community near Norwalk, CT, and offers the chance to work in a dynamic educational atmosphere where every day brings new accomplishments.
