Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time | $25-$27/hour | Guaranteed 30 Hours/Week ABA Therapy | Social Skills | Paid Training About the Role Healthcare Recruiters International (HCRI) is partnering with a reputable Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy and social skills instruction to children and young adults. This is a full-time opportunity offering guaranteed hours, paid training, and free BCBA/BCaBA supervision , making it an excellent fit for both experienced RBTs and those pursuing long-term growth in ABA. Services are provided across center-based, school-based, community, and in-home settings , under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. Why This Role Stands Out Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week Competitive pay: $25-$27/hour Free supervision toward BCBA or BCaBA certification Paid onboarding and training Consistent weekday schedule Opportunities for growth into leadership roles Supportive, team-based clinical environment Schedule Full-time, 30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday availability required, including evenings until 6:30 PM Flexible scheduling options available Accommodations for school schedules when applicable What You'll Do Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy and social skills training Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect and track behavioral data Write clear, objective session notes Support clients across clinical, school, home, and community settings Participate in supervision, team meetings, and clinical reviews Maintain compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines Assist in mentoring new Behavior Technicians when needed Training & Supervision Paid onboarding and orientation Ongoing supervision by a BCBA or BCaBA Hands-on training in: Data collection and graphing Behavior reduction and skill-building strategies Documentation and session planning Collaborative, feedback-driven environment Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB required) High School Diploma required Ability to work a full-time schedule with evening availability Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
Preferred:
