Job Description
Schedule Full-Time:
30-40 hours per week Required availability: Monday-Friday until 6:30 PM Flexible scheduling available Schedule accommodations for students and coursework Key Responsibilities As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will: Provide ABA therapy and social skills training in 1:1 and small-group settings Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Assist with client intake and behavioral assessments Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data Write clear, objective session notes and documentation Support clients in clinic, school, camp, and community environments Participate in supervision, clinical reviews, and team meetings Maintain compliance with BACB ethics , confidentiality standards, and state regulations Mentor and support new Behavior Technicians as needed Ensure client safety and positive, structured learning environments Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB required) High School Diploma required Ability to work a full-time schedule with evening availability Strong communication, professionalism, and reliabilityPreferred:
Bachelor's degree Coursework or degree in: Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education Education Child Development or Human Development Training & Supervision Paid onboarding and orientation Ongoing supervision by a BCBA or BCaBA Hands-on training in: Data collection and graphing De-escalation and behavior replacement strategies Session documentation and instructional planning Collaborative, feedback-driven clinical culture Ideal Candidate This role is a strong fit for candidates seeking: RBT jobs with guaranteed hours ABA positions with strong supervision Hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis A clear career path toward BCBA or BCaBA certification Meaningful work supporting children's social, emotional, and behavioral developmentJob Type:
