Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time | $25-$27/hour | Guaranteed 30 Hours/Week ABA Therapy | Social Skills | Paid Training Recruiting on behalf of a private Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider Job Overview Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and social skills instruction to children and young adults. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours , paid training, and free BCBA/BCaBA supervision , making it an excellent opportunity for experienced RBTs or those pursuing a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis . Services are delivered across center-based, school-based, community-based, telehealth, and in-home settings , under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) . Schedule Full-Time:

30-40 hours per week Required availability: Monday-Friday until 6:30 PM Flexible scheduling available Schedule accommodations for students and coursework Key Responsibilities As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will: Provide ABA therapy and social skills training in 1:1 and small-group settings Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Assist with client intake and behavioral assessments Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data Write clear, objective session notes and documentation Support clients in clinic, school, camp, and community environments Participate in supervision, clinical reviews, and team meetings Maintain compliance with BACB ethics , confidentiality standards, and state regulations Mentor and support new Behavior Technicians as needed Ensure client safety and positive, structured learning environments Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (BACB required) High School Diploma required Ability to work a full-time schedule with evening availability Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability

Preferred:
