Required Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience supporting students in a school-based setting Strong understanding of ABA principles and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively with diverse teamsCore Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop impactful behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student needs Train and supervise paraprofessionals and registered behavior technicians Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student growthWhat You'll Gain:
