Job Description

Overview NeuroDiverse Consulting, LLC brings together a unique and compassionate approach to collaboration and quality of life improvement for the people we support. We are a new and growing organization with years of experience in the field hoping to find new clinicians to help improve the lives of those we support. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with neurodivergent teens and adults in the community and home-based setting. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing support plans that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for our clients. New to the field? Looking to gain experience with new populations? NeuroDiverse Consulting, LLC is looking to grow the populations of BCBAs that are interested in working with teens and adults with a variety of diagnoses. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor progress towards goals. Collaborate with individuals, families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients. Work with colleagues to grow our program and improve our ongoing supports. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, including medical records and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. Meet individuals where they will be best supported in CT. Skills Exemplary skills in collaboration, taking on unique challenges, and being flexible with client needs. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Experience working with neurodivergent teens and adults (e.g., ABI, ASD, IDD, ADHD, EF) Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations. Proficient in developing behavioral therapy strategies tailored to individual needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate records.
