As a BCBA at The SEED Center, you will manage all aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for your clients, playing a key role in their development and success. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths and areas for growth. Develop individualized ABA treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions. Provide expert clinical supervision and mentorship to our expanding team of Behavioral Therapists. Deliver essential monthly family training to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -

Clinical Supervisor:

Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in good standing (required). Reliable transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the diverse needs of our clients. A strong commitment to ethical practice and client well-being.
