Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school environment near Stamford, CT. This contract opportunity allows you to work closely with dedicated educators and students, contributing your expertise and compassion every day. What you'll bring: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational or clinical setting Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families Patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed Your role will involve: Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Providing direct one-on-one support to students to promote positive behaviors and skill development Collecting and recording accurate data on student progress and behavioral incidents Assisting in creating an inclusive classroom environment and supporting teachers as needed Participating in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and make an immediate impact on students' lives, all while working alongside a caring and collaborative school team.
