ABA Therapist/RBT

Seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated applicants to join the Strong Foundations team! This position includes providing direct 1-on-1 ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and related disabilities. Individuals with the RBT credential are preferred, but the credential is not necessary to apply. Perks! Responsibilities:

Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and Strategies (BIP) Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and student programming Maintaining daily data collection (electronically) Provide student support throughout their session schedule Supporting/teaching daily living skills (i.e., toilet training, eating) Maintain consistent communication with the supervisor Maintain professional interactions with parents, students, and colleagues Remain punctual and reliable for all scheduled ABA sessions
