Job Description

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Extended School Year (ESY) program this summer. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a diverse group of pre-K through 8th grade students in a supportive school environment. The program runs from July 7 to July 30, Mondays through Thursdays, with working hours from 8:30am to 12:30pm, leaving your afternoons and weekends free to enjoy.
What We're Seeking:
Active BCBA certification (required) Prior experience delivering behavioral services in school settings Ability to confidently manage a varied caseload across pre-K to 8th grade Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Your Role Will Include:
Developing and supervising the implementation of behavioral intervention plans Collaborating closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and families Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed Providing training and support for staff This opportunity may offer possible renewal after the summer session based on performance and program needs.
