Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support during an Extended School Year (ESY) program. This is a contract position serving a diverse group of pre-K through 8th grade students in a school-based setting. Key Details:
Contract runs July 7th through July 30th
Workdays:
Mondays-Thursdays, 8:30am-12:30pm (no Fridays)
Caseload:
Pre-K to 8th grade students Solo BCBA needed to oversee and support program needs Potential for contract renewal based on district requirements
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Previous experience within school settings is essential Strong communication and collaborative skills Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral interventions Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families
Responsibilities:
Design and implement behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Collect and analyze student data to inform strategies Conduct functional behavior assessments Provide staff training and ongoing support to ensure fidelity of interventions Maintain all required documentation in compliance with school guidelines
