Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working in school settings is essential Ability to support a hands-on K-12 caseload Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to student-focused behavior analysis and support
Responsibilities:
Deliver behavior analytic services across K-12 student populations Conduct assessments and collaborate in IEP development Provide guidance, coaching, and support to educational teams Work full-time, 35 hours per week during the core school year (CSY), with potential ESY extension Foster a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented learning environment
