Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans to support children with behavioral challenges. Duties
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior
  • Provide direct support and intervention to clients in various settings
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children with behavioral challenges preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Willingness to undergo background check
