Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible setting with no caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional ABA services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism Collaborate with therapists and other team members to implement treatment plans Provide behavioral analysis and consultation to families, therapists, and other professionals Stay up-to-date with latest research and best practices in ABA therapy Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
