Hybrid (Virtual/In-person) School-Based BCBA/BCaBA Baker Consulting, LLC Washington, DC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $65 - $83 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications BCaBA Applied behavior analysis HIPAA Behavior analysis Patient care BCBA Applied Behavior Analysis Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate behavior analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is a credentialed, ABA Supervisor (BCaBA/BCBA) located in or near Washington D.C. and will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a school-based supervisor, you will be responsible for attending IEP meetings, coaching school staff, providing supervision to ABA Related Service Providers, administering assessments and providing direct support to students and the staff. Duties Attend IEP meetings and provide updates on emotional, social, and behavior goals Provide consultation services to school staff and supervise coaching provided by technicians Supervise a small team of R/BTs Develop individualized IEP goals based on assessment results and student present level of functioning. Implement evidence-based interventions utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Provide training and support to technicians, school staff, and other professionals involved in the client's care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and related fields. Skills Proficient in data collection methods and analysis techniques. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or developmental and intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes for developmental disabilities. Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA standards. Expertise in applied behavior analysis methodologies. Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
