Friendship Public Charter School (FPCS) is a network of college-preparatory public charter schools serving students from preschool through 12th grade. Our mission is to provide a world-class education that prepares students for academic success and life beyond high school. We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Lead BCBA to support the 2025-2026 school year. This is a unique opportunity to influence behavioral systems at a district-wide level , working directly with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for students across schools.

Reports To:
District Leadership / Special Education Leadership What You'll DoProgram Leadership & Systems Development Lead the implementation of ABA services across the school network Develop and oversee district-wide behavior systems, including PBIS frameworks Establish procedures for FBAs and BIPs across schools Serve as a behavioral expert for school leadership teams Clinical Practice & Student Support Conduct or oversee FBAs and develop individualized behavior plans Support IEP teams in integrating behavior strategies into student plans Provide consultation for students with intensive behavioral needs Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data Staff Development & Training Design and deliver professional development on ABA, de-escalation, and behavior strategies Provide coaching, supervision, and fidelity monitoring for staff implementing behavior plans Facilitate learning communities for behavior teams and specialists Collaboration & Systems Support Partner with school psychologists, counselors, and social workers Collaborate with families to ensure consistency between home and school Participate in district committees related to behavior, safety, and inclusion Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district policies Stay current with ABA research and special education regulations What You Need Required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Minimum 5 years of ABA experience in educational settings Demonstrated leadership experience supervising staff and behavior programs Preferred Experience building district-level or multi-site behavior systems Strong knowledge of IEPs, MTSS, and special education law Advanced leadership, coaching, and program development skills Data-driven decision-making and systems thinking Why Join Friendship Public Charter School?
