Key Qualifications:

Active and current Delaware BCBA licensure (required) Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings (strongly preferred) Solid background in behavior analysis, including behavioral oversight and program development Commitment to collaborative, proactive problem-solving in multidisciplinary educational teams Skilled in supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive needs

Key Responsibilities:
