Job Description
Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing expert behavioral support in a K-8 educational program designed for learners with moderate to severe cognitive abilities. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping positive educational experiences within a supportive, purpose-driven school environment. This contract opportunity spans from now through June 12, 2026, offering a steady, full-time, on-site schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM.
Key Qualifications:
Active and current Delaware BCBA licensure (required) Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings (strongly preferred) Solid background in behavior analysis, including behavioral oversight and program development Commitment to collaborative, proactive problem-solving in multidisciplinary educational teams Skilled in supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive needsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver ongoing behavioral analysis and program oversight for K-8 students within the Meadowood Program Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs Support and collaborate with educators and staff to ensure best practices in classroom behavioral management Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed Provide direct support and training to staff and, when appropriate, work with families to enhance student outcomes Seize this rewarding opportunity to work on-site with a dedicated educational team, where you'll have a tangible impact on student growth and success.
