Job Description

Job Summary (Read Carefully) Join Vira Behavioral Services, a company founded on Christian values that is committed to serving others with excellence and compassion. We welcome professionals from various backgrounds who share our interest in helping people with special needs thrive. We are currently looking for a part-time registered behavior technician to join our team in providing services in home and community settings. The technician will work directly with individuals receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, supporting the development of communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to reduce challenging behaviors and promote independence.
Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 with individuals in home and community environments to implement individualized treatment plans Support individuals in developing communication skills, social interaction skills, reduction of challenging behaviors, and other age-appropriate learning and life skills Collect data on progress and communicate regularly with the supervising Behavior Analyst Collaborate with caregivers and team members to support consistent learning across environments
Qualifications:
A heart for helping others and a genuine interest in working with individuals with special needs Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ability to pass a criminal background test and drug test High school diploma or higher 2 professional references 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete training) Adult & Pediatric CPR & First Aid (or willingness to complete training) TB test clearance
