Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal school-based role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician for the 2026-2027 school year and summer session. This fully onsite contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in an elementary setting. The assignment is scheduled to begin as soon as possible, continuing through mid-June 2026, with additional summer program dates and potential to extend into the following academic year.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required at time of application Previous experience providing RBT services in a school setting Proven expertise working with pediatric and elementary-age populations Ability to be present onsite full-time and engage with students and staff during all scheduled program hours Reliable transportation for daily onsite responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral intervention and support in a K-5 school environment Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to implement individualized behavior plans Collect and document data to guide and evaluate student progress Foster positive relationships with students to promote engagement and learning Support classroom management strategies and reinforce positive behaviors under supervision of
