Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Empower students with severe disabilities and autism by bringing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a leading educational setting near Milford, DE. In this full-time, onsite contract position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, you will play a critical role in supporting students ages 2-22 as part of a collaborative educational team. This position provides a rewarding opportunity to apply your behavioral analysis skills, shape Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and impact lives daily.
Qualifications:
Hold an active Delaware (DE) BCBA licensure/certification (confirmation required upon application) Significant school-based BCBA experience, especially with severe disabilities and autism populations Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Proven ability in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and creating comprehensive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Comfortable providing behavioral support and consultation for school staff and students Dependable, with reliable transportation and availability for a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (37.5 hours/week) Willing to work exclusively onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Join the crisis response team, supporting safe and effective de-escalation strategies Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BSPs for students Collaborate with staff on behavior goals as part of students' IEPs Lead and support data collection and analysis to measure behavioral progress Partner closely with teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals in a team-oriented environment
