Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in an educational setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Key Qualifications:
Valid and active RBT credential Experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children or adolescents Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and other support staff Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Adaptability and patience when handling challenging behaviors Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional conduct
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavioral interventions in classrooms and small group settings Collect and record data on students' behavioral progress Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and progress Communicate effectively with supervising BCBAs, educators, and caregivers Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment Model appropriate social and communication skills for students Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed This role provides the unique chance to work in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere while gaining valuable experience in the school-based setting.
