Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a crucial role supporting summer learning and growth for students in a vibrant educational environment near Newark, DE. Licensed, passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are needed for the 2026 Autism Program Summer services. This contract position focuses on in-person support at two elementary sites, providing rewarding opportunities to make a tangible difference in students' lives. Ideal candidates are proactive, experienced with school-aged populations, and ready to commit to the full summer program. In this role, you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team while fostering skill development and positive behavior for students with autism.
What We're Looking For:
Current and active RBT certification (required) Previous experience in school-based and pediatric/elementary settings strongly preferred Commitment to being onsite for both Professional Development (PD) and all program dates Reliable transportation to program locations Ability to work the full schedule with no planned time off during program dates
Your Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies tailored to individual student goals Collaborate closely with special educators, clinicians, and families Collect and report data accurately on student progress Support the classroom environment to enhance engagement and safety Participate in PD sessions to align with program goals and philosophy

June 23-24, 2026 (8:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Main Program:
