Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Empower students from Pre-K through 12th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a rewarding contract opportunity. Provide your expertise in behavioral analysis to positively impact the lives of approximately 50-60 students, working onsite within a vibrant school community. This is an excellent chance for experienced BCBAs seeking a travel-friendly assignment and a diverse caseload.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working with school-aged children (Pre-K - 12th grade) preferred Strong knowledge of behavior management strategies and ABA therapy Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Effective communication and organization skills Commitment to maintaining accurate records and timely documentation Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Deliver direct and consultative ABA services to students across a wide age and ability range Mentor and train staff and teachers on best behavior analytic practices Conduct functional behavior assessments and guide data-driven decision making Monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and district policies This onsite position invites both local and travel BCBAs to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students from diverse backgrounds.
