Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We're actively hiring a BCBA for a full-time, permanent position in Iowa . Position Overview The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs for patients across a range of settings. This role plays a vital part in improving patient outcomes by utilizing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, continuously monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans to support meaningful behavioral change. Working closely with caregivers, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary healthcare and education teams, the BCBA conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develops personalized treatment plans, and implements appropriate behavioral strategies. The BCBA monitors patient progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, ensuring interventions remain effective and aligned with individual goals. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst also provides supervision and training to clinical staff, ensuring consistency and quality in program implementation. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Through strong clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient-centered care, the BCBA supports positive behavioral outcomes and enhances quality of life for patients and their families in a dynamic clinical environment.Key Details Location:
