As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans, utilizing evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and team members through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment strategies, fostering meaningful progress and independence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in behavioral health and special education settings, promoting positive change through patient-centered care. Duties Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions accordingly Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure fidelity of intervention strategies Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical staff, and behavioral health specialists to coordinate care Lead intake sessions to gather comprehensive client histories and establish treatment goals aligned with patient needs Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards such as HIPAA regulations Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures in behavioral health or special education settings Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care, innovative interventions, and unwavering dedication!
