Part-time and part-time on-call employees:
Quest, Inc. provides 401(K) with company match and EAP for part-time/part-time on call employees Currently hiring for Full-time RBT IV positions only. Who are you? A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with both in center and community (in-school and in-home) experience. Availability Required Candidates should be available Monday- Friday 9:00am
- 6:00pm Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Consistently perform duties of Registered Behavior Technician I with increased independence, initiative and/or demonstrated ability:
- Document each client's performance on a daily basis via data collection method specified by assigned BCBA.
- Implement all aspect of client's treatment plan as developed by the BCBA.
- Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of work environments.
- Assist client with toileting, dressing, grooming, and/or feeding as needed.
- Communicate session outcome with parents/caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and within the scope of one's certification.
- Assist BCBA in developing training materials that are up-to-date with current technologies on a daily basis.
- Graph all data as assigned.
- Attend all weekly clinical meetings as an active participant in programmatic discussion.
- Ensure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining to BACB guidelines.
- Perform job duties in multiple settings including clinic, in-home, school, community or other Quest locations as assigned with limited supervision from BCBA.
- There will be a 15-mile travel radius based off assigned clinic location for community cases Work Experience/Related Requirements High School Diploma required At least 2 years' experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors (required for all RBT IV positions) 1-year verifiable experience as RBT within field of ABA therapy required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience with crisis management (i.
