Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through evidence-based practices, data-driven decision making, and compassionate patient care. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote meaningful progress and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Lead intake sessions to evaluate client needs, set goals, and establish a clear pathway for behavioral intervention. Qualifications Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies. Skilled in data collection methods, patient assessment techniques, and medical documentation practices. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health. Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals. Pay:
$73,842.98 - $88,929.17 per year
