Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals diagnosed with autism. In this vital role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your energetic and compassionate approach will help foster growth, independence, and positive behaviors through evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA). Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions to ensure effective treatment adjustments Support teaching sessions that promote communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors in a patient and encouraging manner Experience Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Strong interest in teaching, behavior management, and supporting individuals with autism or other developmental challenges Ability to follow detailed instructions and accurately collect data during sessions Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients, families, and team members High school diploma or equivalent required; ongoing education in special education or related fields is advantageous Must be able to work flexible hours, including afternoons or evenings, depending on client needs Join us to empower individuals through compassionate care, evidence-based interventions, and a vibrant team environment. $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
