Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Your energy and compassion will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention strategies based on individualized care plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting, to promote independence Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching and reinforcement techniques Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to develop and update care plans tailored to each client's needs Create a safe, supportive environment that encourages positive behavior management and emotional well-being Skills Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and behavioral therapy techniques Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health goals effectively Excellent data collection skills to track client progress accurately Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and confidentiality standards under HIPAA Compassionate approach to patient care with patience and adaptability Effective teaching and communication skills to engage clients and support their learning process Join us in making a difference! Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
