Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, applied behavior analysis, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adults through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and comprehensive patient assessments. Develop behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. Provide behavioral therapy to children and adults with developmental disabilities across various settings (schools, center, community). Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor treatment plans. Continuously track and analyze patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Foster positive and productive relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required. CPR Certification is required. Master's degree in a related field. Liability & Insurance required. Experience working with children and adults aged 2-18 years. #INDPRO
