We focus on creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that empower children to reach their fullest potential. Position Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Broward area. In this role, you will work directly with children in-home and in-school settings, implementing individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career in the field of ABA.
Responsibilities :
Implement ABA therapy programs as directed by the BCBA Provide one-on-one therapy with children on the autism spectrum Collect and document data on client progress and behavior Assist in the development of treatment goals and plans Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals Communicate effectively with families and caregivers about client progress and goals Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients
Qualifications :
Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of experience working with children, preferably in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients, families, and team members Compassionate, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation for local travel to client sites
