Lev & Learn Therapy: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Delray/Boca area to join our growing team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your energetic approach and compassionate nature will help foster meaningful progress, promote positive behavior management, and support clients in achieving their fullest potential. Duties Implement personalized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients' developmental goals Collect and record data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence Use behavioral therapy techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively Support clients during educational activities, teaching new skills through engaging methods tailored to individual needs Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in care delivery and contribute to ongoing treatment planning Qualifications Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or equivalent credential Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families Ability to work flexibly in various settings, including homes, clinics, or community environments Compassionate attitude focused on patient care and supporting positive behavioral outcomes Proficient in Hebrew (preferred) Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual can thrive!
