In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, eating, and communication skills, promoting independence. Support behavioral health initiatives by managing behavior management strategies that promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, care plans, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to develop and update client care plans tailored to individual needs. Provide patient-centered care with patience, empathy, and professionalism while adhering to confidentiality standards. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with special education principles and teaching methods that support learning and development. Experience in data collection, medical documentation, or working within healthcare or educational settings is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while demonstrating patience and compassion in all interactions.
