Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a significant impact supporting students across grade levels as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This rewarding contract opportunity offers the chance to provide vital services in a dynamic educational environment serving a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. You'll work onsite with a collaborative team dedicated to fostering student growth and positive behavioral outcomes. Ideal candidates are passionate about shaping young lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Your BCBA expertise will be instrumental in guiding staff, supporting students, and working closely with families to ensure meaningful progress.
Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience working in school settings with students from Pre-K through high school preferred Strong understanding and application of ABA principles and functional behavior assessments Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families Ability to travel and complete contracts onsite as required
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students across grades Pre-K-12 Conduct formal assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to school staff regarding ABA strategies Monitor student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic student support This is an onsite, travel-friendly contract role.
