Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time or Part-Time Fleming Island, FL | In-Clinic | Children & Adolescents Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents? We're currently hiring full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our fun, supportive, and dedicated in-clinic team in Fleming Island, FL . What You'll Do:
Work 1:1 with children and teens using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Implement behavior support plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Track progress and collect data using Motivity (no clipboards here!) Celebrate milestones and support developmental growth in a positive and engaging way Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to deliver high-quality, compassionate care ✅
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with kids and teens Patience, energy, and a can-do attitude High school diploma or equivalent (required) Ability to pass a background check Willingness to complete RBT certification (we'll help with that!) Previous experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required ️
Physical Demands:
This role is active and hands-on.
Candidates must be able to:
Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data and information Understand and respond to a diverse population Utilize fine motor coordination and clear, effective speech Have adequate hand and arm strength to grip and lift heavy objects Walk, stand, and sit frequently—up to 8 hours per day Kneel and bend frequently— 10-30 times per day Lift up to 40 pounds (including therapy materials or assisting clients) Provide physical support to clients as needed, including lifting or repositioning Safely transport or physically guide clients during noncompliance or problem behavior Sustain 1:1 therapy session throughout the day without prolonged breaks Start building strong foundations—one child at a time.
