Job Summary Competitive Pay:
$25 to $28 per Hour | Based on your experience. We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services across Central Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes, Oakland Park, Roosevelt Gardens, and nearby communities. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, patient, and motivated to help clients make meaningful progress through one-on-one ABA therapy. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting clients with communication, daily living skills, social development, independence, and positive behavior change in home and community settings. >> Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. Support clients with communication, social interaction, daily routines, and independence. Collect behavior and skill-acquisition data accurately during each session.

Implement behavior support strategies and clinical instructions provided by the supervising BCBA. Communicate progress, concerns, and important updates with caregivers and the clinical team. Complete session notes and required documentation in a timely and professional manner. Participate in supervision, training, and team communication as needed.

Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards at all times. >> Qualifications Broward County badge High School Diploma or GED required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Work Authorization required Reliable transportation required Ability to provide services in home and community-based settings Strong communication skills and attention to detail Reliable, patient, and able to follow clinical guidance consistently Experience with ABA or supporting children with developmental needs is preferred, but not required.
