The ideal candidate will reliably commute to the service location each day, arrive on time, accurately clock in, and collect and record data daily. The candidate must communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in services provided. Experience or knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred, including implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting skill acquisition programs, and maintaining professional and ethical standards while working with clients. Strong organizational skills, patience, and a positive attitude are essential.
