In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges. Your commitment to providing high-quality behavioral therapy will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Clinic Hours :
8 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 9 AM

Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with active certification preferred, however we are willing to offer course and training to earn the RBT certification High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients As a registered behavior technician, your responsibilities will include: Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, including positive reinforcement techniques and data collection. Work one-on-one with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed while following established protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client behavior and progress. Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent support and communication. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
